You can then check out or continue shopping and adding product to your cart. Upon checkout, you will create an account that will store your personal information(ie. name, email and shipping address), so the next time you shop with us, all you will have to do is log into your account. Shipping Information

We ship to the US, Canada and the UK.

Shipping will be determined after we receive your order. It will be calculated based upon the size and the weight of the parcel. We will send you an invoice with the total amount due. We will ship all parcels out within 3 business days of receiving payment (Unless otherwise indicated). Most of the products in our store are kept in stock. Some items however, are made to order (check item descriptions). Orders for these items will be filled in the order they are received, and is determined based on how many orders we are working on at that particular time. (Waiting time rarely exceeds 2 weeks.) In this instance, we will maitain communication with you regarding the status of your order and payment will be expected within the 14 days of completion of the order.

Our products may NOT be copied, reproduced or resold without our permission. If you are an artist and see something that inspires you, please contact us, and please give credit where credit is due.

***Important Note if you are purchasing from both Sarah and Celeste***

We process all orders that come in through the site together, but since we both live in different parts of Canada, packages will be sent from different locations. We correspond several times a day and will do our best to ship items purchased from both of us on the same day. For this reason, you can expect to receive two separate packages when your order arrives. We have been able to combine shipping on our end, so this will not affect your shipping costs. But you may find a lapse of a day or two in receiving both parcels. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Insurance

We highly recommend adding insurance to your purchase, as we can not be held responsible for items lost or damaged by the postal service. If you would like to add insurance to your purchase, please let us know in the comments section at checkout and we will add it to your total.

PST Sales Tax

Ontario residents will be charged 8% PST on all purchases.

All sales are final. If insurance is not purchased, we regret that we cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged items.
